📦 Processing & Shipping

Each item is carefully handmade and packaged with love. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

We take great care to ensure your items arrive safely. All pens, prints, and stationery pieces are wrapped securely and packaged to protect them during transit.

If you’re sending an item as a gift, you can leave a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to make it extra special.

💫 Returns & Exchanges

14 Day return policy.  However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your items, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Simply contact us thorugh our "Contact Us" section with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll be happy to help.
